The THT floor is modular in layout consisting of the following areas:

* Component preparation
* Shop floor loading
* 16 Working stations
* Inspection
* Flow/Selective solder
* Wash bay
* Final assembly
* Packing and dispatch

The floor manager monitor and control the THT floor from the shop floor loading area utilizing a computer
automated product and component tracking system.
