How to Submit Your PCB Design

To ensure a fast and accurate quote for your PCB manufacturing and assembly, please provide the following files in a single ZIP folder and submit them via email or our contact form.

Required Files:

PCB Design Files (Gerber Format)

• Must include:

  • Copper layers (top/bottom/inner)

  • Solder paste layers

  • Silkscreen layers (component designators, logos)

• Preferred format: Gerber (RS-274X)

Pick & Place (Centroid) File

• Must include:

  • Component locations (X/Y coordinates)

  • Rotations (orientation in degrees)

  • Reference designators (matching BOM)

• Preferred format: CSV, Excel, or TXT

Bill of Materials (BOM) – Machine-Readable Format

• Must include:

  • Quantity per part

  • Reference designator (e.g., R1, C5, U3)

  • Manufacturer part number (MPN) or vendor part number (e.g., Digi-Key, Mouser)

  • Part description (e.g., '10uF 16V Ceramic Capacitor')

  • Package type (e.g., 0805, QFN32, SOIC)

  • Mounting type (SMT, Through-Hole, BGA, etc.)

• Preferred formats: Excel (XLS/XLSX) or CSV
