Find Out a bit more on what we do.

Surface Mount

A surface-mount device or SMD is an electronic device for which the components are mounted or placed directly onto the surface of the PCB.

Surface-mount technology, or SMT, is the name of the method used for producing an SMD. In the industry it has largely replaced the through-hole technology construction method of fitting components with wire leads into holes in the circuit board.

Both technologies can be used on the same board for components not suited to surface mounting such as large transformers and heat-sinked power semiconductors.

An SMT component is usually smaller than its through-hole counterpart because it has either smaller leads or no leads at all. It may have short pins or leads of various styles, flat contacts, a matrix of solder balls (BGAs), or terminations on the body of the component.

Conventional

he THT floor is modular in layout consisting of the following areas:

* Component preparation
* Shop floor loading
* 16 Working stations
* Inspection
* Flow/Selective solder
* Wash bay
* Final assembly
* Packing and dispatch

The floor manager monitor and control the THT floor from the shop floor loading area utilizing a computer
automated product and component tracking system.

Final ASM

The final assembly area referred to is utilized for this purpose. In high volume instances a production line is set up for the duration of the project.

Automated testing of PC boards and assemblies usually form part of the production line.

Prototypes

We assist with prototypes, small proto production runs and final planning for normal production batches. This we do with the realization that a short and successful development period can lead to a fruitful relationship in the long run.

Procurement

Procurement of components is done within the required time frame. With a vast selection of suppliers, both local & international, and a thorough knowledge of components we can source items fast and efficiently and can acquire alternatives should availability become a problem.
Having a substantial amount of standard components in stock enable us to avoid minimum order quantity problems on most components.

Testing

The test area with specialized work tables, computers, programmers and skilled personnel is available for this purpose.

Test equipment, bed of nails or other, plus procedures and test software is supplied by the customer,

Customer equipment and intellectual property is protected and kept securely.

Recording and issuing of results with the product is done on request.

Selective Coating

The PVA650 conformal coating line is ideal for selective coating and dispensing applications that require a high level of accuracy and repeatability in a moderate to high volume manufacturing environment.

Selective Souldering

The ZEVAm brings the next dimension to selective point to point soldering. With the ever decreasing pitch of components it becomes inevitable soon to use an angle during soldering to guarantee proper soldering results. Patented soldering technology excels in the challenges of miniaturization. The ZEVAm is a flexible platform that is highly customizable, offers wettable and non wettable nozzles, and the process control provides maximum insight for day-to-day performance.

This process is the selection by which companies, evaluate, and contract with suppliers. The supplier selection process deploys an enormous amount of a firm’s financial resources and plays crucial role for the success of any organization. The main objective of supplier selection process is to reduce purchase risk, maximize overall value to the purchaser, and develop closeness and long-term relationships between buyers and suppliers. The literature on supplier selection criteria and methods is full of various analytical approaches. Some researchers have developed hybrid models by combining more than one type of selection methods. The current paper provides an overall picture of research on supply chain management, supplier selection criteria and supplier selection evaluation methods (multi-criteria decision making). A summary of the process of supplier selection can be helpful for companies to have a clear understanding of the concept in order to improve their success and competitiveness. The results show that the application of a structured decision-making technique is vital, especially under the complex conditions that include both qualitative and quantitative criteria.
